Treatments

Our simple 4-step process ensures that an employee can be treated within a week of the problem arising.

  • Line manager completes the referral form giving employee details and authorisation
  • Send the form to us by email or provide the details direct to the Helpdesk via the dedicated Helpline number
  • The employee contacts the Helpdesk to answer some basic questions concerning the condition, this enables a Functional Capacity Assessment to be completed
  • The nearest clinic will make contact within 24 hours to set up an appointment with the employee, an appointment will be scheduled within 4 working days

Reporting

Quarterly management reports are sent to the client and include:

  • Names/numbers of employers referred for physiotherapy
  • Nature of conditions treated
  • Estimated days absence pre and post treatment
  • Days absence saved
  • Financial information to include:
    - number of employees treated
    - cost associated per employee
