Treatments
Our simple 4-step process ensures that an employee can be treated within a week of the problem arising.
- Line manager completes the referral form giving employee details and authorisation
- Send the form to us by email or provide the details direct to the Helpdesk via the dedicated Helpline number
- The employee contacts the Helpdesk to answer some basic questions concerning the condition, this enables a Functional Capacity Assessment to be completed
- The nearest clinic will make contact within 24 hours to set up an appointment with the employee, an appointment will be scheduled within 4 working days
